Evolution of the technology leader

The new generation of the KAISER AquaStar yet again sets benchmarks in performance and efficiency. Key features are 55% more fresh water volume with a simultaneous increase in payload. In addition, the new KAISERtronic control system enables a significant reduction in fuel consumption and noise emissions. This is achieved by regulating engine speed in line with power requirements to ensure it is optimally tuned to the required cleaning capacity.

Innovative operating concept

All relevant operating statuses are visualised by modern graphics on the remote control and on the control panel. Jetting and vacuuming capacity can be set steplessly and independently of one another. Automated system processes ensure the vehicle can be made ready for deployment quickly and guarantee efficient and safe working.

When performance counts

Using our own core components such as high-pressure pump, vacuum pump and recycling system creates an optimally tuned system solution. In addition, available options like the tiltable divider door in the sludge tank or the ADR execution open up a versatile range of applications.

Eco 3.0

Reliable in the toughest conditions

The Eco 3.0 stands for the latest generation of the EcoCombi series which sets new standards in the area of efficient sewer cleaning with water recycling.

Very compact dimensions thanks to an extremely short wheelbase, modern design and the combined hose boom are the most striking new features along with the proven high-power components KDU, KWP and ROTOMAX.

The vehicle has a maximum jetting capacity of 400 litres a minute and a maximum water pressure of 200 bar. The vacuum pump delivers a maximum air flow of 3100m3/h. The combined jetting and suction hose boom can take a suction hose lenght of up to 20 m and enables an extremely low overall height of less than 3.5 m. The flexibility of the boom – offering swivel and telescoping functions as well as up and down movements – further expands the working range.

Efficient and user-friendly

The ultramodern KAISERtronic control system has enabled further optimisation of the hydraulic drive. Output-regulated pumps which only deliver the capacity that is actually required make the Eco 3.0 decidedly more fuel-efficient while providing consistently high performance. The integrated remote maintenance system and even simpler handling enhance the operational efficiency of the vehicles and facilitate maintenance.

City Cycler

Continuous water recycling in compact dimensions

The CityCycler is the smallest sewer cleaning vehicle with continuous water recycling, built on a 2-axle chassis with a gross vehicle weight of 18 tons. The vehicle’s compact dimensions allow for maximum mobility in confined spaces.

Elegance 2.0

Top performance, outstanding reliability and excellent design

The Elegance 2.0 impresses with modern looks as well as robust and dependable technology. Decades of experience and cutting-edge development work are perfectly matched in this product line. It uses materials which unite low weight and high resistance.

Triplex plunger pumps are available for the high-pressure system, and MORO KAISER vane pumps or positive displacement blowers for the vacuum system. The respective pumps are located between the driver’s cab and the tank. The components are hydraulically or mechanically driven depending on power requirements. This is performed by means of the power take-off on the carrier vehicle or a separate intermediate gearbox.

Versatility and high operator comfort 

The well-conceived modular system allows the configuration of a broad spectrum of vehicles, from the compact 2-axle vacuum vehicle to the top-of-the-range 4-axle combination vehicle. The option of side-mounted water tanks in polyethylene or chrome steel enables the tank layout to be optimally adapted to the needs of the individual customer.

Vehicle operation has been designed with a focus on simple handling. A wide range of additional options as well as different suction boom versions, various jetting hose reels or ADR / ATEX round off the Elegance series.
